Our Commitment to Professional Development
We prioritise your professional development and training. Our new employees are inducted to National Training Organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment. We aim that all our carers achieve NVQ level 2. Our annual training regimen includes health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness, safeguarding, administering of medication, adult protection issues, and a broad range of other subjects.
