Our Lead Consultant has over 7 years of experience working with the CQC in the field of regulation, as a Registered manager. As a Registered manager, she specialised in working with large corporate health and social care providers in developing standards of quality and safety in care.

Our consulting services include assisting new, developing, and established companies by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully set up and run a sustainable business. We also offer ongoing support. We help our clients understand clinical governance, which ensures service improvements through external audits. Additionally, we provide interim management services within clinical and care settings. This service allows us to collaborate with existing managers to help them develop skills for setting up and improving services, focusing on processes, recruitment, and sustainability
